Liz and Adam love living in Land Park and it was such a perfect setting for their engagement session.
“Adam and I met when we were both 20 and attending college at the University of Oregon. We had mutual friends and we also played on a coed softball team together (Although, Adam will point out that Liz did not spend a lot of time on the field). Around age 21 we started dating more seriously and we have been together ever since. That includes trips together to Central America, Europe and Mexico and living in Colorado, Oregon and California – and two cats!” -Liz
Liz, what do you LOVE about Adam?
“I love Adam’s gentle spirit and kindness. He would never hurt a fly or say anything bad about anyone and I love that in him. He is my best friend and there is nothing I would not share with him. He is also a very sweet cat dad.”
Adam, what do you LOVE about Liz?
“She is my best friend. No matter what I am doing, or if I am doing nothing at all, there isn’t anyone I’d rather being doing it with. Also, she gives me back scratches every night.”
What does a perfect day together look like?
“It’s a Saturday or Sunday: sleep in. Enjoy coffee together at home. Maybe Adam cooks a fancy breakfast for us. We might run some errands, or meet up with friends for a beer at one of the local small new breweries. Get together with a group of friends to BBQ at one of our houses or maybe go out to eat in Midtown. Enjoy some good wine and good company!”
What are you both looking forward to the most during the celebration of your wedding?
“We just want to throw a great party for our friends and family. We are looking forward to seeing the looks on our parent’s faces when we finally tie the knot! And toasting with all our friends and family who have been very patient with us over the past 10 years waiting for us to do finally do this! Overall, just a great party with amazing food, wine and company.”
Liz and Adam, thrilled to know you both! Looking forward to photographing your gorgeous wedding day!
