“In February of 2024 Royce surprised me with a trip to Scottsdale, Arizona as my birthday present. I was so excited as some of our best friends live there. Royce planned the entire trip; from the hotel to the flights he had the plan down. When we landed in Arizona, he was adamant on meeting up with Jared and Aimee (our friends) for lunch, even though it was a 45 minute drive and we were going to see them the next day. Little did I know, Royce had the ring shipped to their house. Later that evening, Royce and I started to get ready to go out. One of the things he planned was to walk around a Botanical garden. He told me to get all dressed up for it because he wanted to take me to a nice dinner after. We walked around the Botanical Gardens for about 30 minutes until he found the perfect spot. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I said yes!! After the proposal, we celebrated just the two of us at a nice restaurant in Downtown Scottsdale. It was the best evening of our lives so far.”
