2020 Senior Model Application

Class of 2020 Senior Model Applicants,

Thank you for you interest in our business and the opportunity to take senior pictures with us and be a part of our Senior Model Program.

Here is a bit of information before you move forward.

Models will be chosen based on demographics (where you live), gender, participation in school activities & attention to the application.

We are not looking for the most popular or the prettiest or the Captain of the football team or cheer leading squad, ALTHOUGH those are admirable, we are looking for kind, thoughtful young people with vision and morals who dream big & know what they want for their lives. That represents our brand and will represent what we stand for in the community!

Our Senior Model Program is not free, however if you are chosen, you receive exclusive discounts and the opportunity to model in a styled photo shoot and can earn additional cash and products throughout the year. So if you work hard at getting your friends to book with MRP, you can recur your model program money back.

Policies of MRP Senior Models

- Graduate in 2020
- Have your parents or legal guardians sign a model release form allowing us to use your pictures for advertising
- Have your senior portraits completed in between the months of July-August so we can release the 2020 Senior Catalog in August
- Agree to represent only Mariea Rummel Photography and not to be photographed or under contract with another photographer from June of 2019 through the end of senior year.
- Agree to the one-time $300 payment (sales tax applies).

High School Senior Models. Student will receive:

Opportunities to participate and model for us in multiple styled shoot
Selection of social media files of styled shoot ($400 value)
2 hour high school senior photo session ($250 value)
10% off prints and products
Marketing promo cards of YOU to hand out
Featured in a Mariea Rummel Photography magazine

Student will EARN a $20 gift card for every referral

MODEL RELEASE: All digital files, reproduction and images remain the property of Mariea Rummel Photography and associates. We have copyrighted each image within the event to insure the best quality possible. Federal law prohibits copying or reproducing images without permission from Mariea Rummel Photography. The studio takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, development and delivery of images. However, in the event the Studio cannot comply with the terms of this agreement, the studio liability is limited to the refund of the monies collected. Files remain the exclusive property of Mariea Rummel Photography. You do have the ability to purchase shared rights to the files under strict guidelines and a written release. The studio cannot guarantee any photographs that are placed in an unauthorized album. Note that any additional art work needed on any photo is an extra expense and is not included in the package selection. Mariea Rummel Photography and associates reserves the right to use files and/or reproductions for display, publication, internet, professional exhibition/competition, and for all other promotional purposes the studio desires without additional compensation to any subjects within the photographs. It is the client’s responsibility and duty to notify all individuals and of their implied consent, including minors.

LIABILITY: In the world we live in, unpleasant situations can occur anywhere and at any time. Although the locations we go to are considered safe, the studio cannot be held responsible for client safety, or held liable for any harm that may come to our clients or anyone who may accompany them to their outdoor session. This includes but not limited to, falls, snake bites, or animal attacks.
